A Family-Friendly Nashville Stay That Still Feels Elevated

A Family-Friendly Nashville Stay That Still Feels Elevated

Apr 30, 2026

When you’ve planned a family vacation with young kids, you don’t want your getaway to dissolve into chaos management. You want (and deserve) a holiday where everyone can relax, exhale, and enjoy the holiday of their dreams. It’s a tall order when there are so many competing priorities and preferences, but at Noa Nashville, we believe families deserve a trip where everyone agrees: “This was the highlight of our year!”

If you've been searching for family-friendly rentals that East Nashville visitors keep returning to, you’ve found that in Noa Nashville. We are an urban resort collection of sixteen multi-bedroom townhomes nestled in one of Nashville's most beloved neighborhoods.

What Is the Best Part of Nashville to Stay in With Kids?

For families, you can’t beat accommodations in East Nashville, close to Five Points. Walkable, welcoming, and far enough from the downtown bustle to soak in plenty of genuine Southern charm, East Nashville offers your family a full variety of fun and exciting things to do each day.

Located in the heart of all the action, Noa Nashville puts you at the intersection of serenity and Music City. And unlike family-friendly hotels in Nashville that place four people in a single, 900-square-foot room, Noa offers four luxury bedrooms, sleeper sofas in the main living space, and, in select homes, bonus bunk beds (a perennial kid favorite).

But the amenities don’t stop there.

The property itself will be a welcome part of your vacation, where you can spend the morning at the pool, playing with the kids. In the afternoon, spread a blanket out on the lawn for a picnic between adventures, or watch the kids run off some energy while you and your partner have a moment to relax, chat, and connect over something other than your day at the office or who’s driving which child to baseball practice. The gated grounds mean safety, while a wide-open lawn and courtyard mean the kids are always in sight. And if it’s an indoor day, we offer pack-and-plays and highchairs upon request! Our carriage homes include musical toys and Nashville-themed books to keep the littlest ones busy, and we provide cards and games in each house for the older kids.

What Are Some Family-Friendly Things to Do in Nashville, TN?

For a morning that earns you serious cool parent cred, start with a six-minute drive to Five Daughters Bakery at 1900 Eastland Avenue for the best donuts of your lives. A family-owned business, the bakery’s signature 100-layer donuts will have your kids’ eyes bulging and their jaws hitting the floor. There’s also the King Kong donut, and every other possible variation and permutation on the donut theme.

For dinner, BoomBozz Craft Pizza & Taphouse offers a nearby family-friendly Nashville restaurant only three minutes (walking) from Noa's front gate. They boast award-winning pizza and feature a covered outdoor playground (and cold beer for the adults).

If a little barbecue is calling your name, try Edley's Bar-B-Que. At 2706 12th Avenue S, some of the best BBQ Nachos, Smoked Wings, and slow-smoked Southern comfort food are just a four-minute walk from Noa. There’s even a kids' menu based on the full menu, with smaller portions.

And while nights out with the kids are fun, it’s not a realistic plan for an extended vacation. Sometimes you’ll want to stay in. At Noa, your fully equipped chef’s kitchen with a large island and separate dining area makes dinners at home while on vacation just as special as dining out. You can include a note in your reservation asking our staff to stock the fridge and cupboards with local fare and all your favorites, so breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be exciting yet organized and a lot more wallet-friendly.

Not in the mood to make breakfast? Treat the family to a lovely, leisurely breakfast before a big day out by dropping by Puckett's at 500 Church Street. A ten-minute drive brings you face-to-face with fluffy pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and a dedicated kids’ menu from 7:00-11:00 AM.

Once you’re all fueled up and ready for another day in Nashville, take the kids to the Shelby Bottoms Nature Center, a few minutes’ drive from Puckett’s and completely free. Enjoy paved trails, natural hiking paths, a nature play area, a children's library, and an organic garden. This is one of the most genuinely enriching outdoor stops in the city. Pro tip: Pack snacks and plan for a full afternoon.

And given that sometimes it rains when you’re on vacation, you’ll still have lots to do with young kids who don’t exactly love spending all day indoors when you’re staying at Noa. Both the Adventure Science Center and the Tennessee State Museum (free admission) are within 15 minutes of our property, and both offer hours of hands-on discovery that keep kids excited and engaged. The Lane Motor Museum's unbelievable collection of over 500 automobiles is another family favorite you can enjoy rain or shine, and this one’s  just ten minutes away from Noa.

Enjoy an Elevated Stay at a Boutique, Family-Friendly Resort

What separates Noa from family-friendly hotels Nashville families often settle for is a list of on-site amenities dotted across the property, and the open floor plan your elegant townhome offers. This is your home away from home, truly.

You can start each day with a walk to Five Points and wind down the evenings around the fire pit, drinking hot chocolate and searching for constellations in the sky.

For families who want to explore their family-friendly hotels in Nashville options without sacrificing comfort, luxury, or character, Noa offers the elegance of a well-designed retreat and the comfort of a home base that real families appreciate.
