Welcome to Noa Nashville: An exclusive urban resort where boutique luxury meets the energy of East Nashville. This 16-home property is designed with group stays in mind, offering spacious four-bedroom residences with comprehensive onsite amenities.

Noa Nashville is a boutique rental property unlike the rest, just minutes from downtown Nashville. Whether for leisure, celebrations, or extended stays, this thoughtfully designed community will be welcoming guests beginning October 2025.

Each of Noa Nashville’s 16 homes offers spacious accommodations for up to 10 guests, featuring four bedrooms with king beds and four full bathrooms. Open floorplans provide ample space for gatherings, while full kitchens allow for at-home dining.

Four of the sixteen homes that exist above private covered parking dawn an extra bunk room for additional guests. The remaining twelve homes include rooftop terraces for an elevated experience. Each home comes with one assigned parking space, with ample additional street parking available.
